protect with a 714 0S ?

I reinstalled a 714 OS for my bold 9900, BB protect won't work at all...

error 'service not included in your data plan'

it was working well just yesterday with the same 714 OS...

anyone knows why ?

Try to delete your previous backup and your device from BB protect website.

I have exact the same problem. Please let me know if the feby's guide is fix this error. As I have a lot of important data in the back up so inconvenience to delete it.

as mentionned, i deleted my protect account, including the device and backups....

did nothing.

still error message "service plan does not include protect" ...

it has to do with BIS.
anyone knows if protect has a service book send in the BB ? i don't see any...
