I don't understand your question. I've been a Rhapsody user for years. What are you trying to do with Rhapsody? What do you mean, it doesn't detect your phone? Detect your phone to do what?
I had that problem once, too. I called Rhapsody support, and they walked me through re-installing the DRM components on my PC (deleting specific files, restarting the app, etc. - or something like that).
Give them a call: 866-715-5906 (Tier two support, possibly just for Verizon Wireless customers - not sure).
