I'm having problems staying in chat rooms, if I swiitch applications from the chat room to anything else it will leave the chatroom I'm in. Is this a common problem?

This is because the app times out after a minute in the background (Because it is a CPU & network intensive app, it would drain your battery if it would keep on running in the background.)
Do you think we should add an option to leave it open longer ?
