So when i receive a voice mail, a message comes up and says "incomplete xml would you like to call your mailbox now?" Not sure what that means or how to fix it. Figured i would ask you all first before i go to the store. Thanks!

Common problem, atleast that I've noticed. What seemed to help me, and others, is uninstalling V-VM.. letting the phone reboot, etc., and then reinstalling it. Should fix it.

that was actually the first that that i tried, but no luck for me.

I was running os 75 and Verizon told me to check for updates and I downloaded 76. Worked fine after that. They said VVM wouldn't work for me on 75 for some reason.

Uninstall V-VM and discontinue the service. Sign up for YouMail and download vyMail. You will be much happier. YouMail is much more powerful than the voicemail you get with any carrier.

You can get VVM to work. Just search the forums, we have helped many people with that before.
