bbsak worked as it should and i realize this is most not likely bbsak's fault but i had a program on my berry that is called xshield and after the restore the program is still on my phone..i can have my cursor over it but i cannot click on it..its unresponsive?
if anyone is familiar with xshield can u pls give me advice? its very important..
