Problem updating Viigo channels

I recently downloaded viigo and am greatly enjoying. Never cared about RSS feeds until I got this great little program. I am having one issue though and I am hoping someone can assist. I have the software setup to update my channels automatically every 30 mins. It does do this, However it does not update ALL the channels, Only certain ones. Now if I go the the channels individually and click "Update channel" it will retrieve the feeds. But it does not update them automatically or if I do a all channel update. Any advice?

I have the beta version atm, however I started with the live version and had the same issue. I upgraded because i was hoping it would fix it.
