Problem with games in your Blackberry

So I'm on a website called mytinyphone.com and there is a bunch of game applications.

I have a couple of questions, these games are not original right? I ask because I'm confused as to why they have so many copyrighted games in there like Zelda and Pacman and Tetris, etc.

I am wondering if they're just made by a fan or something.

Now my real problem is I can't download more than one. I save one, when I try to save another on my phone it says it shares the same code or something and it deletes my last one.

Is it because of that specific site? Is there anyway I can get multiple games on my Blackberry, preferrably those and others, without deleting the older ones?

Is there a better site for finding, downloading, and keeping free games without getting charged and without having back end shady term agreements that charge you monthly to your phone?
