Battery Pull: Leave your device on, pull the battery for 20 seconds, put it back in and wait for your device to boot up.

FB is working now, no need for a battery pull.....that didn't solve the issue anyway.

You can't do none of that stuff on the BB app and blackberry doesn't support flash, well not yet anyways

Mines was doing this for a hot minute too. Even before the updates. I decided to delete FB through BB App World, reinstalled it. Rebooted the device and it was working perfectly fine again. IMO, it was faster and more responsive. I likes.
