I have 9700 and I'm running 1.7.0.22 and mine isn't working either. I've done the battery pull several times. I've deleted and reapplied the app several times. Nothing's working. Any other suggestions? And how do I email facebook directly?

Post number 18 answers all these questions - no amount of battery pulls and redownloading is going to fix. The App needs to be fixed due to Facebook's new format. Until that is done, it ain't gonna work!

I have been having the same issues. I also noticed that right after the update that my Facebook slowed down and took forever to load the pages. I hope RIM does come out with a new app that will work better on my Storm. My wife has an 8330 Curve and is experiencing the same problems.

Same with me, Bold 9000 Facebook 1.6 (I don't have a BIS). I only see status updates from before the changeover. As far as the website I don't like status updates mixed-in with "so & so commented on so & so's photo" etc. I want status updates ONLY.
