- TuneIn log probably won't catch it but event log from the phone would be extremely useful. You can get it from your phone using BBSAK tool or you can use these steps instead:
1. Download to a PC the archive with required utility from http://voicq.com/bb/getlog.zip
2. Unpack it
3. Connect your BlackBerry to a PC using USB cable, wait for device to be recognized
4. Launch getlog.bat file from folder where you unpacked the utility
5. Send me crash.txt file, which will be created
If step 4 fails, you might need to install 'BlackBerry USB and Modem Drivers ENG' from RIM support website.

- I've been running this this week and the only issue I've been able to find is one of my local stations will buffer, finish buffering and then stay silent.
Other than that, every other station I've tried has worked flawlessly.
If anyone wants to try 106.9 WCCC out of Hartford CT, let me know if you can get it to work.

- Yeah, Windows streams on CDMA blackberries are a bucket of surprises. If you don't buffer like 2 minutes before starting to play they don't work. With 2 minutes of buffer some work, some don't, some work BUT volume control doesn't (and they play at either 0 or full volume). None of these problems exist on GSM phones.05-06-11 02:07 PMLike 0

- Well, I've tried this several times and at first didn't think it was even working. Then after trying several other radio stations I found some that worked great. Unfortunately, 3 of my 5 favorites buffer indefinitely. Not sure if they are Windows feeds or what. I would say, though, that it would be prudent to warn people to try before they buy. Otherwise, there might be a lot of time spent in dealing with angry customers, who can't hear their favorite radio stations.
Other than that, I am very impressed with this app. The UI is nice, the other functions are great.05-09-11 03:37 PMLike 0 -
