While the Beta of Fake Call is on the verge of completion, we are ready with a new AutoLock application.
AutoLock allows you to set the amount of time that elapses before the device automatically locks the display to prevent unwanted keypress activity. AutoLock starts itself whenever your device starts, so no more worries about complex settings! You can also specify if you want an app in foreground to lock or not when AutoLock activates.
We want to test run this app for different device types and OSes. In case you are interested in trying a pre-release app, please post below your device model and full OS version so that we can get the ball rolling. I think we will start with a small group (maybe the first 15 to reply) for private beta.
This sounds like a sweet app. I'll test it for you. I don't like using the lock screen button on top of the phone. It doesn't work so very well anyways when you carry your phone in your pocket. The phone doesn't always stay locked.
Downloaded the beta, haven't messes with it yet, but I'm wondering why the description says: "ForwardSmsAsEmail - Incoming sms send on selected Email Address"?

I was wondering the same thing. I will check this out during the day.
1. It doesn't seem to be working. I set it to lock after 1 minute and it's not locking. I would guess this has to do with the changes to the locking behavior in higher versions of OS 5. I'm on .862.
2. On start up I get the permission message and hit OK. I have to hit OK a second time to clear the message.
3. Followed permissions instructions of going to Menu > Save, but this did not work. I had to go to the applications list to set permissions.
4. For the option to not lock when apps are in the foreground, all 3rd party apps were checked, and I had to unchecked them all. I have 52 items in the list, so that's a lot of checking. I think the default should be to have them all unchecked and then just check the ones you want.
