Hi guys just got my first BB last Friday and loving it.
I got a question regarding Poynt?

Is this a problem or is this normal?

Why is it when I start up a new session, I have to go through the
setup process every time?

To make it clear? The program always says it will take 30 seconds to
configure and download.

Also,I notice all of my saved settings have gone back to default.
I.E. Small fonts etc.


The only thing I have done is to move the Poynt icon out of the
downloads folder and into the Home section.

just to let ya know I got it working.

I simply used app world to delete and reinstall.

Works like a charm now
