Can PodTrapper do video podcasts? Also I understand that I have an unlimited data plan. I am just wondering if downloading 20mb to 65mb podcasts could cause me any concerns with my bill from Verizon. I do not have wifi since I have the Tour.

Yes, it does support video podcasts. Unless you subscribe to a whole lot of them I wouldn't worry about data.
