Disable Windows Firewall:
Start, Control Panel, System and Security, Windows Firewall, and choose "Turn Windows Firewall on or off" on the left.
Uninstall the app from your computer:
Start, Control Panel, Programs, Uninstall a program
Reinstall the program on the PC while Windows Firewall is turned off.
After doing so, if the program works, turn Windows Firewall back on. If the program no longer works after enabling the firewall again, you may have to allow the program through the firewall specifically:
Start, Control Panel, System and Security, Windows Firewall, and click on "Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall" on the left.
Make sure the program for Pocket Mouse is checked.
You may just try to allow the program through the firewall, first. If that does not work, then try the entire process.
What is the model of your Router?
The reason I suspect Windows Firewall is the culprit is because port 4444 is a TCP/UDP port that has been known to be used by CrackDown, Prosiak, and Swift Remote, which are Trojans (malware):p
