HAVING PROBLEMS!!!! please help!

I backed up 3rd party apps, saved the folder and alx file and now it wont load. I click on the alx file and it says no additional applications designed for your device were found! whats going on???

i downgraded from 4.5.0.160 to 4.5.0.66

You are selecting the restore option instead of the App Loader in Desktop Manager. Use App Loader and you will see your 3rd Part Apps. You can check them off then load them.

sorry, i worded that wrong. Im using the app loader.

Make sure you go into the folder and point it to the actual .alx file, not just the alx folder. If that makes any sense.

this is only ONE alx file and it does nothing, plus my BB browser is gone

To get your BB browser back, Options, Advanced Options, Host Routing Table, Enter, Menu, Register Now.

Well, i got the browser back and thought i would give the app loader another try and it worked!!! thanks for the help guys!!!
