Full screen picture caller ID for the BlackBerry. You can easily identify the caller. Assign different picture ID for different contacts. You can also assign a custom picture for callers who are not in your PictureID list or assign a picture for blocked callers. Callers with caller ID information PictureID can display the callers city location using the North America AreaCode database.

Use PictureID to block unwanted calls. For repeat offenders you can use Pickup and Hangup feature to answer and then hangup the call. This prevents the caller from leaving you a voicemail. The caller would just hear a busying signal or the operator message. Pickup and Hangup is the first on the Blackberry.

Note: Full screen picture will not work when the security or keyboard is locked. Also full screen picture ID will not work on BOLD, 8900 and 8350i due to a OS bug. However callerID blocking will work on these devices.

    Please try before you purchase.

Do I have to set up a picture I'd for everyone I want to have full screen? I would hope it would automatically find their pictures from my address book without having to insert everyone into the picture ID list....

Yes, you will have to set up each picture, though that would be a nice feature. However, I wonder if it did pull them from the Addy book, would their be resolution issues?

you can import all your contacts and pictureID will get the pictures from Contacts but the picture will be in thumbnails. that is because the contacts app saves them in thumbnail size and it would look really bad when resized to full screen.

once you imported the contacts the only way is to edit each contacts and select a new picture. otherwise you can leave it as thumbnail then there is no benefit of using pictureID.

I'm having problems with the call blocker. I wanted to test our home number (in X-XXX-XXXX format) and I have the filter set to block call yet it keeps ringing. I've tried the pick up and hangup filter as well and it doesn't seem to work either. Anyone else have similar problems?

***Just fixed the problem. You have the enter the area code and the number without any dashes***

Working amazing well, I just need it for blocking calls and the pick up and hang up feature is AWESOME!

    Great job guys!

Gonna purchase it right now !
