You can Rotate/Zoom in and out on pictures on the phone and then take a picture of the screen to save the picture..
not sure if this is what you were looking for, but hope it helps.
I will try it sounds cool. I am lokoing for a program to load photos from pc an display well like SplahPhoto or something like that.
