Not a direct sync option, but you can export the passwords and import them on the other device.

Do you have any of the cloud storages/RFA linked to your devices? If so, store the password backup there (Encrypted if that makes you feel safer!), then it is easily available from both devices.
Backup and "import" manually whenever you make some changes. It's a password keeper, so I don't think you'd make changes that often.
