So I just bought a previously used 9930. I did a security wipe of the phone. "Emails, Contacts, etc.." and "User Installed Applications" So the phone was completely wiped and fresh. So then I started putting my stuff on the phone. I installed Pandora and when I opened the app, it automatically logged into the previous owner's profile!!.. Had all the playlists they created and showed their email and settings and everything.. I just don't see how that's possible if the phone was wiped.. This is just something I thought was strange and thought I'd share. Let me know your thoughts..

You are not checking remove 3rd party apps, when you do the wipe.

There are only 3 choices. "Emails, Contacts, Etc.", "User Installed Applications" and "Media Card." I checked the first 2 choices and that wipes everything back to factory settings. And then I reinstalled Pandora from BlackBerry World and it automatically logged into the previous users profile..
