i dont blame you. it worked on mine and several others. you loaded 2.3 over 2.3? weird it didnt work. i guess since pageonce support is horrible. even non existing. wait for the official fix. im surprised it didnt work. even try the reload once you in one of your accounts?

Got my Tour today and downloaded the latest version of Pageonce (which I had used on my Storm). General categories are listed but no account information -- white screen only. Their customer support is non-existent. Only got auto response to my multiple emails - no personal service whatsoever!!

I sent them an email saying "go ahead and cancel my account since this doesn't work" and they wrote back saying "we're working on this for the Tour and it should be up and running this week"

I got an email last week that said there was a fix in the works - the updated to 2.3 and it didn't do anything.

I already canceled my account. I don't want to support a company that won't support its users.

Pageonce is the name of the developer and their webiste.
The App is called Personal Assistant. You'll see it on App World.

I sent an email to Pageonce as well on 7/22.
I received the automated response email fairly quickly.

I finally did receive a direct response from them on 7/30.

I also received an email from them this morning saying that the App now worked with the Tour.

For me I can see my info now but its looks like a jumbled mess. No dividers and info running into the text row. And my verizon account with them used to show a minute bar for each number and now its just numbers
