Is there an app other than meterberry that indicate battery discharge rate? I don't need anything other than just the discharge rate per hour, etc. I don't need anything other than the discharge rate.
OR
Is there anywhere in the Bold 9900 OS 7 has an option to check this information without an app?

Anymore guys? Tiny Meter is not available for OS 7....
BeInfo is another but I don't know if it runs on OS7. I think it does and there's a free "lite" version too that might do what you want

Tinymeter is a solid alternative, as has been said.
Since I use MeterBerry, I have ask the question - what's wrong with it? Are you looking fr something free, or are you having a problem with MB?

i cant get it to instal on my 9900 (7.0.0.440) with BBSAK and app world is saying its not available for os7.

Meterberry is very comprehensive if you need that level of detail. It is also reported to cause excess battery drain. Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle states that to observe or monitor a given phenomenon inherently affects that phenomenon. You cannot monitor battery life without affecting it in some small way.
TinyMeter gives a good snapshot and simple logs, has no notification icon (but the app icon shows battery level), and is only 27k in size. It does not cause excessive drain or use much CPU.
funnykindel: I either downloaded it from the dev site or loaded the .cod with MCP. I don't recall. Actually, come to think of it, it may have transferred when I used Switch Device from my 9700. What happens when you use BBSAK?

Blackberry Device Analyser will give you basic battery use monitoring ie Go to Battery draining to quickly - gives you Battery Drain Rate, Battery Charge Rate and average level; among others. And all for free lol

Options - Device - Advanced System Settings (if not in there type Alt BBDA and look again) Blackberry Device Analyser - Battery Tests - Device draining too quickly and start

+1 for BeInfo. Offers good information. Customizable. Runs well on my 9900 with 7.1. With the loss of MobiHand and difficulty reloading MeterBerry this alternative works just fine for me.
