Try deleting the facebook app on your BB, and on DM. then reinstalling it. or you can try loading it through BBSAK choose install COD and ovewrite it. cheers.

I've tried the facebook 1.6 on my BB 8520, no luck. Tried it by the DM, alx installation, but FB keeps saying - You need a data plan..

All you should have to do is right click the file and use Extraction Wizard or Winzip. Once the file are unzipped DL'ed via DM.

I tried the 1.5 and 1.6.0.17 versions with no success. Version 1.5 still says I need the right data plan and 1.6.0.17 installs successfully, but there's no icon to start the app (...it shows under the app list, but no icon???).

I use an 8350i with Nextel...got data, but not BIS/BES...OS 4.6.1313. Any help is appreciated, as I've read the bulk of this thread and every other thread has lead me back to this one. Thanks.
