I was wondering if I would be able to use Opera Mini to go on the internet through Wifi? I don't have a data plan and I've restricted the data on the phone.

Yes you can, works great. Just fire up OM, hit the Menu button, scroll down to Settings, hit the Menu button again (or push trackball), scroll down to the Network options and make sure WiFi is enabled (checkbox).

It doesn't seem to be working for me. It's connected to my home network. Either it's really slow or I have the wrong browser. I couldn't find the 8900, so I downloaded the Blackberry Curve 8300 version. Which version do you have?
