I have Opera Mini installed on my 8330, and can't figure out why it runs so choppy, and slow. Half the time I get the hourglass while it is running. I have plenty of memory (40,000,000+) and it always does this..... What gives?

Does anyone else with the 8330 have this problem?

Speaking of the hybrid OS, I think I want to try that. Is that the Boost Mobile one? The OS5?

well its for the 8330 seems to clear up a lot of major issues with memory leaks.
    got it at BBTWEAKS.com
you will need to get the latest OS install files for boost tho. get that at blackberry.com

assuming your on boost of course if not get the OS for your provider.

I am not on Boost. I just said Boost because it is the only OS5 available. Or is that not the hybrid OS?

im using the hybrid, it should work on any 8330 but you have to have the latest OS install files for your phone
check out the forums at BBtweaks they have walkthrews

The Boost file is not a hybrid, that's the official OS5. If you go on BBTweaks.com you will find the hybrids, and instructions on how to install them.

Oh, well that's not really the hybrid you have. It just shows up like that on your BlackBerry. If you have the latest you would have 5v408.12.2.

Yeah, I got tired of Opera, and dumped it. I wasn't impressed with Bolt before, but I will try it again!

I actually like it. I did knock off all of the crap I didn't need with BBSAK. 48,000,000 plus in memory.
