If you guys downloaded opera 5 and noticed the unbearably small font, then you should check this out.

Opera released a new build for the blackberry opera mini that fixes the font and mouse jerkiness. compare builds or check out the opera forums. its for real

Just go to m.opera.com and download opera mini 5 again

This appears to be true. Just tried it and my version of Opera Mini went from last two numbers .36 to .32 and works much better

I find it really interesting that this problem shows up in the final version but was nowhere to be found in the beta.

I reinstalled it and the OP is correct. They seemed to fix some problems.

Where are these build numbers? All I have is 5.0. Even in Options - Applications.

    Edit: nvm, found it.

It still shows it as build number 5.0, but I've got the new font sizes and everything so its all good.

Cursor is a little better but still jerky. I find this navigation scheme rather pointless, so to speak.

So if I re-download OM5, how do I make sure my Bookmarks and Start Page preferences are preserved?
When I upgraded from Beta 2 to the release version I had to manually re-input all the Bookmarks: sort of a major pain

Sort of ironic that a software company whose main purpose is to bring the best internet experience possible would be having this issue. Ha!

Well, this "improved" version was the one I originally downloaded after the 5b2 version. Maybe the original full release solved this too, but I no longer have issues where the cursor cannot click a link (page numbers in a forum), or check off a small box (like a save password box). That seems to have been fixed, which is quite major IMO. Yeah, movement is jerky though. It will suddenly skip across the screen if I scroll too fast.

Can't believe that it's still down! This doesn't look good for them. I know that it is a respectable company with a competative browser, but this is kind of embarassing... and frustrating.
