Hello. I have opera mini 5.0 installed, and to me the only things good to me about this version is the password save feature, and the open field box allowing you to type on screen, instead of the big edit field. Can anyone please post an actual link to the opera mini 4.2 download please. When i try to download the 4.2 version off opera's own website through my phone or pc, it always gives me the blackberry storm version(i don't know why!!!???) i'm so frustrated, and believe me googling didn't work either, so since crackberry.com users have only been good to me so far, i'm hoping yet again to be saved!!!

thanks, but i may be new to crackberry.com, but i'm no naive person. Of course i've already tried the regular opera mini download website, and all the options it gives me for the 4.2 version is either for the blackberry storm, opera mini 5.0, and links for other phones other than blackberry. Thanks anyway though.

yeah, i just installed it, and yet again, it appears to be for any other phone, except my blackberry 9700.

Sir, i understand your frustration but all of these features you speak of have been implemented ever since BETA 1 in the form of Longpress activation.









Longpress is also used to modify and delete your Speed Dial selections.

As far as i am concerned; opera is a wonderful company and their PRIOR versions are there for a reason. They know what they're doing; maybe you should too.

i never said i never had it installed, i had it before moving to 5.0. I tried to keep 4.2 on my 9700 along with 5.0, like when the betas were out, but once the official 5.0 was released, it wouldn't complete the install, until i uninstalled 4.2.

copy and paste is in 5.0, it's called "1" button.... pretty amazing stuff.... no need to get all worked up over nothing, just ask the right questions. Strike one

and yes you can download images as well put the cursor on the picture and press the "1" button.... Strike two

the point of 5.0 is : it's all the same features with a faster cleaner browsing experience .... strike three
