    I keep hearing you have to set network setting to http and not socket but i dont know where to change these setting. can anyone help

    It's in the tools-settings-advanced options.

    And this should be moved to 3rd party apps or something...

    Open browser. Then look on bottom right where the wrench is located. Then tap it and the menu options open. Then tap settings. After it opens, then advanced is on the bottom. Tap it and that opens. Look for Protocol the second link from top, tap it and you will see the choices. Hope that helps. I have beta and 4.2 which are quite different in the settings dept...
