updated to .405 overnight, and now i am unable to open word/excel files with document2go

get the following error
when entering a remote share: //host/share as a minimum, optionally add [/folder [/ folder ...]][filename]

i have updated documents2go to version 2 and still no luck

anyone else encounter this problem?

Have you tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling

yep, had to do that when upgrading from documents2go v1 to v2

it works when opening attachments in an email, but once the file is saved, i can't open it again

Weird, I upgraded Friday and can open my saved Excel documents fine. I don't have any Word Documents.

actaully, i can open them...this error seems to only occur if i try open them via
FILES -> ALL DOCUMENTS (can u try that charlyee?)

if i open up sheet to go or navgiate to it via my files etc then it opens fine

Yes, that's exactly what happens for me as well. I have always opened through sheets so I hadn't tried this before.

Weird for sure!
