Is there a way to press one button or a series of buttons to tell which apps are open? I am getting way to much battery drain. I am running a os 5.0 on a tour and I have a lot of apps. To many to go through every one.

Hold down the menu button. There should be 5 in there always - browser, messages, phone, bbm, and home screen

anything else that shows up when you hold down the menu button should be closed. Just click on the icon, then close it.

Not quite. For instance, I have TellMe, Lockout Mobile Security, eOffice,
Blink, eMobile Contacts, eMobile Today Professional, Phone Tweaks, MSDict and
Tungle that populate the list also.

TellMe and LockOut can't be closed. The rest I prefer NOT to close. No memory
or battery issues at all. My point is, standard answers aside, what runs or doesn't
is the choice of the user.
