I would like to create an app for my company to connect our BBs to the PLCs we use via the USB cable. To do this it would seem using a OPC server to control the data path then creating a front end display of the PLCs values would be the best path. Does anyone know if there is such a thing available of even possible?

Ok so it looks like Mitsubishi does this by having their SCADA output a data stream to a BB app over the air. But this requires having a full SCADA system installed at the site. Some of our installs/sites do not have a SCADA system installed and the owners would not like having to install the extra equipment. I am thinking of a simple app and cable connection for O&M personnel.
