Has anyone else noticed that v2 of Slacker doesn't show the album art anymore? Instead it just shows a distorted looking square. I noticed this since I updated to OS 5.0...I'm not sure if it has something to do with my 5.0 version or what. I'm running .592 on my Bold 9000.

This happens on my 9700 (5.0.0.743) with the old version. I also have a slight hiss when I use the old version with my bluetooth/FM in the car.

Slacker continues to remove features from their free versions to get people to pay. On my on-line account they have remove the station preview (next song to play).
I haven't been impressed with Slacker lately. The next song was a nice feature; sad to see it go. However, what I find more annoying are the commercials that seem to play more often. And the "nag" screen: "Are you still listening?" that comes up hourly. That's a real PITA when we're working outside and listening to music.
We started using Pandora more. It's much easier for a "set it and forget it" listening experience.
I am also looking for the old version. with the free caching?
Does anyone have the link?
I got it off here before, but cant seem to find it.
I lost mine when i updated the software on my 9700.
Thanks in advance.
