I'm having trouble with my new blackberry 9780. I'm absolutely loving my blackberry but i have it a week and sometimes it is giving me a nullpointer exception error.
The last two times it was cause by facebook and slacker radio (both stock software that came with the phone).
Now before i put a lot of data on my phone i want to get this fixed (it will be more of a pain if i have everything on there, actually it will already be a pain).
anyway is there also a way to do a wipe without having to readd everyone to my bbm? people are getting annoyed that i'm reinviting them twice now within a week!
any help is welcome (do i need to wipe or is the issue related to something elsE?)
