I've been upgrading/downgrading my phone all night and just realized that when I go into the advanced options -> application screen, the majority of the apps I actually have on my phone are missing from this list - I only see bbm and facebook whereas before every app on my phone was listed there. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Sounds like the apps were missed in backing up and reloading OS. You may need to reload the apps to get them working again. Just go into your BB World account or CrackBerry Apps and download again.

True .. but if the missing apps are core applications such as Memopad, Password Keeper, .. etc., you'll need to reload them using Desktop Manager > add/remove applications
