Hello all I have searched the forums here for a solution to the cannot connect to server issue for the NFL superfan app. I have also checked my carrier (T-Mobile) forums and Direct TV's Forums. I have had no luck there.

I have the 8900 with the unlimited data plan. I am connected to WIFI and when I try to select the watch live game, it will not connect to server. I am not on an enterprise server, this is my personal BB. I am able to watch highlights but not the live games. I have the newest OS from my carrier 4.6.1.231. This BB is on the list from Direct TV as one that works.

Direct TV states: You must have BlackBerry MDS Connection Service and BlackBerry Collaboration Service enabled on your account. Some corporate set ups disable these settings.

I do not have either of these as this is not a corporate phone. Will this make a difference?

Any help is much appreciated.
