Hi, This is actually not a download issue but rather a problem with some software I recently purchased and downloaded during a recent promo to get the free BB Smart Alarms Pro. I purchase the BB Smart e-mail viewer along with a game and downloaded all 3 with no problem.

They have all been running but apparently I didn't unlock the BB alarm and e-mail programs properly as the think they are running on a trial period but I paid for them. Can you help me get them out of trial mode?

Contact the site where you purchased them, they should have the registration codes.

I purchased them here at Crackberry and have the codes. I used them during the install but the programs still think they are in trial mode.
