I'm a relatively new blackberry user. I currently have the storm and recently got bolt browser after seeing how many people recommended it for the tour. I'm using it and its ok I was wondering why everyone considers it an essential app. Also is it safe to use it with sites I have to log into such as this one.
I don't know about essential, but it does not hurt to have it.it has bailed me out on a few sites that I was unable to view but it seems a bit unrefined, maybe that's just me. It takes me sometimes 5 tries to click on certain links and buttons. But all in all it is handy.

I think its good to have because it can open so many pages the BB browser can't. I'm currently writing this in bolt so I wouldn't say u have to worry about logging into sites
