hi all. very first post here. still new to the world of blackberry.

i downloaded the berry torch app here and not sure how to use it. there's not an icon or anything. i reset my phone after the download and still nothing. what am i not doing???

What do you mean not sure how to use it? Is it that you can't find the app to start it up or have you started it up and can't figure out how to use it? If it's the first than it's probably in your downloads folder. If it's the latter then you might want to ask the app developers or check the website.

first of all make sure the app is compatible with your OS (operating system). Not sure about the older berries, but on the newer ones, when you DL an app its placed in the application folder.

My default folder is the Downloads folder (Storm).

I downloaded it to my PC. Transferred it to the BB. Can't find the app anywhere on my phone. Now what?
