Has anyone been able to get the new weather channel app to load or run?

    Weather Channel: http://weather.com

It says introducing our new blackberry app.

i keep getting this error, "code module x01TrueProduct has not been configured...This session has been recorded and sent to our technical dept. for review".

Here is the weather channel launcher:

Worked fine on my curve- I prefer the way weatherbug shows the current temp right on the "desktop" rather than having to open the app to get the temp

    The Weather Channel for Blackberry
    Try it Free! $12.99/qtr $34.99/yr

I don't think so!!!! There are too many free options no matter what it may purport to do!!!

I think the app is just the launcher. The premium service for blackberry is just more data via the web. Streamed radar, more personalization and what not.

at&t has offered the weather channel mobile app for a while now, what version is this one? at&t's is 2.0.1... I'm guessing they're the same thing, only at&t's charges a monthly 3.99/month or a yearly subscription. launcher? don't think so lol not for that price.

i have the launcher and that is free.

i wonder what the app is then. i wouldn't pay for a weather app either. The one i'm clicking on says, "personalize your weather maps on your blackberry." Just tried it again and i'm getting the error. To get the app link i have to hit 10 day forecast.

i use weatherbug for free and like it!

IMO the paid apps are much nicer, but then again you do get what you pay for. twc is a good one, it has a nice layout.
