Old one died, and i reluctantly replaced it with another storm

I download some apps, specifically:

Google Maps
Sugarsync
Poynt

everytime I battery pull and i launch an app, i have to go thru the process of accepting the 'user aggrement' and download whatever else.

how do i switch my permissions to fix this?

Go to options then applications, highlight the application then press menu and edit permissions, make sure they are set to allow.
