Recently while listening to Pandora, I pressed the menu button and noticed
something in the menu box that read "update version. After a few clicks I was prompted
to update to version 1.1.1.3. Has anyone else noticed this and noticed any difference?

Ya you are a lil late my friend but thanks for the heads up for those who missed it.
I can't speak to a volume issue - I don't have a storm so I don't know how that works. But for me, it definitely took care of the stopping/skipping issue I was having.
I have been having issues with songs skipping before they are finished since upgrading to this version....
Anyone know how to go down a version? I used to have an issue with the occasional song playing distorted...but that issue is better than having song skips for no reason.
It is actually updated past 1.1.3 it is now 1.1.3.1
So it is .1 past the previous version released about 2 weeks ago.
Ok....just upgraded I thought this was the 1.1.3 I have been using already...Hopefully this update fixes the issue I have been having with songs skipping when they are not supposed to....
Slacker has a larger song library, caching to sd card option (so it doesn't stream over the network = saves battery and more reliable). Also higher sound quality.
Question??? When your using pandora after a while it plays the same songs over and over. I have this one station, I thumbed up a lot of songs and now it only plays those songs over and over. Anyway to fix this?

I've had both apps, and tend to lean towards Pandora. They play the most recent music, and tend to have more updrades which mean they take better care of their app
I like Pandora better than Slacker. First off, I've never heard an ad on Pandora. More importantly, Slacker cuts out on me all the time - I think it's related to handing off between wi-fi and the cell network - but on top of that, it automatically uses up one of my "skips" whenever THEIR cruddy app cuts out. Then when all the skips are used up, I have to log in on a pc to fix it. I deleted Slacker. Just wish I could lose the icon.
