When i turn the screen it just vibrates instead of makin noise. Any help?
i go 100ms. raw points but i keep them in an array so i can track where the phone is going.
I'm working on it.. Just wanted to make sure the move was in fact worth it.. I thought the Voyager was it until Verizon hit me with an email about 3 weeks ago that got me the Storm at around $135 after tax, free fedex.
So I switched and instantly found myself here.. Girls got the pearl or curve or? I don't even know.. Hahah... But she's been happy..
I now see that the Crackberry is almost like a cult! Hahaha.. It does get addicting real quick!
Do you clear the array from time to time? That would be a huge array if the app was used for like 5 min.
no its an int[5][3] i recycle for every reading. 5 for history, 3 for the readings. i have another index int to control the round robin.
What sucks about programming for the storm there really isn't any tutorials. You pretty much have to code it and see if it works. If not it's back to the drawing board.
P.S. phrehnck I sent you a pm not sure if you got it yet or not.
Glad to see you two collaborating!
You're both smart dudes and I can't wait to see what comes of this.
Cheers
I'm glad there are smart programmer guys like you 2 out there....so us not so smart people, where their computer literacy is maxed out at microsoft excel, can enjoy the fruits of your labor.
What do you mean? Download the Blackberry JDE and they give you tons of sample apps (GPS, accelerometer, etc.)

hey there i had a question how do you install jad files into your storm??
my storms browser is down so i want to know how to install jad flies manually into the storm
thank
You open them in your browser.
You either can install this via OTA or via a JAD installer.
In your case, which isnt too different from mine, you will need the .AXL file.
DMGLAKEWOOD, the original creator of this app, has said in a past message that he would offer the .AXL as an add on which will require another program to install app. versus going the OTA or JAD route.
Hope that clears things up..
His browser isn't working at this time, thus the reason for me breaking things down to him the way I did.
According to Sith_Apprentice in a previous post, you can use the device and MDS simulators to download OTA apps and then load them via DM to your device.
