sorry guys just got a curve (vzw) 3 weeks ago, set up with moodio on the computer, went to the BB opened it up, player comes upthen says loading, then "media being played is of an unsupported format"

what does this mean?
how do I fix it?
had that happen to me trying to view a video clip a fews times.
youtube works.

Make sure you have FULL SCREEN mode turned OFF in your media player or moodio will not work. Launch a video, hit menu, then full screen.

i have OS 4.5 VZW and it working.

Is it happening on every stream you try to load?

No, that's all i have. Sorry. Do a search with keyword moodio and you may find some other advice.

There is also a forum on moodio that may be able to help.
