Try these instructions

In order to join the beta program please proceed with the following instructions:

1. Create an account at Spb Club :: Index (if you don't have it yet).

2. Send me you username (via PM to IlayMMC or on [[email protected]]), I will grant you proper rights to see beta forum.

3. WAIT until you receive a notification that you was added to "Spb TV Blackberry Private Beta" group (it can take up to several days).

4. Login to forum and find "Spb TV Blackberry Private Beta" forum under "Spb TV" section.

5. Find "READ ME FIRST" topic and follow the instructions.

it most certainly is not dead I downloaded it today. Simply follow the instructions on page 13. Join the hyper linked forum, send a PM, wait for your status upgrade(mine took 6 hours, done today!) download the beta, leave the feedback on the forum.
