Just visit m.youtube.com with the built in browser. When I had an 8330 with MTS they didn't support streaming video, so it may not work for you.
You just have to have OS 4.5+ in order to play videos for youtube, otherwise you could always just download them and watch them on your Curve.
Just a small correction you need OS 4.3+ for streaming videos, the 8330 original OS was 4.3
