TaskManager is the easiest way to close all your applications with the touch of a button. Simply launch the application click on the "Close all apps" button and TaskManager will close all your currently running applications.
Having applications running in the background consumes your memory and battery life. TaskMananger will close those applications until you need them.
Don't want to close all your applications? Well TaskManager provides you with a list of currently running apps and you can close them one by one. Just simply click on the application and it will close it for you.
How about having a setting where you can have it run at a certain time? Or having Oscar pop out of the Icon when you have apps open. When they are closed he goes back in?

Using your idea..
Version 1.0.5 which I just released will now place a green star ontop of the application icon if apps are currently running. You can now simply look at the app icon to see if you forgot to close down any apps.
Cool, been using this since the beta, and loved it. Bought it yesterday. Works great. Still have random things it can't close, like media play lists and Opera Mini, but i deal. it closes everything else fine

Ok, it's loaded but . . . the Green Star kinda gets lost on the "Green" trash can but the star won't go away cause the app can't close net_rim_bb_gmail
Any ideas?
James
We need a ignore option. Yes?

Hello, interesting idea for an app. Two questions (looks like answer to one of them is right above)
1 - can it be assigned to a convenience key so that all running apps can be closed with the press of a button?
2 - can we exclude specific apps from close all?
Thanks

I had mine assigned to three clicks on ShortCutMe. And it worked fine up until this last update. Now i cannot launch it from ShortCutMe. I can from the normal screens, but it won't do it from the convience key anymore. Like i said, was fine before the last update. But since the newest one it won't launch via ShortCutMe.
I like the idea of an ignore/exclude list. Some apps like SmrtGuard run in the background and I don't want the notification icon to show just because they're running.
