I bought your sexy dice app and love it but had some
problems with my handset and had to get a replacement.
So I still have the original order email from crackberry app
store but when I installed sexy dice on my new handset I tried
to put in the activation code it said it was invalid. Is there
any way I can get a new activation code so I don't have to
buy the app again?

of course, you dont have to buy it again, just email me the new pin (and the old one if you have it) and i will create you a new key for free!

Anyone heard from Mike, looks like he gives good customer service, but I purchased this last week, can't activate it, and still haven't heard any responses to my emails or pm's.....
I sent the Crackberry support an email, and they gave me directions on how to change my device ID to get a new activation code, but my device ID is correct in their system and hasn't changed, this is getting very annoying...
mike was away this weekend but i purchased the app from him and he is pretty prompt about replies so maybe try e-mailing him a refresher e-mail as this app has gotten so popular he is probably getting overwhelmed

Mike, I'm not sure if you missed the e-mail I sent on Sunday, but I had to have my Storm warranty-replaced on Saturday, so my original activation code will not work with my new PIN. Please advise...thanks.
I downloaded this app when it first came out for the 83xx, and loved it, however over the weekend my crackberry crapped out on me and I lost everything, luckily my friend was able to reboot it, but I lost all of my apps, including this one. Can anyone please explain to me how to download this again without being charged? thanks
I purchased your application for the storm when it came out. I recently changed to a non touch device, the BB Tour, and I know the app i purchased says storm only.
Is there a way I can get a new link to the non touch version? or do i need to re-purchase? Would i need a new activation code? here is my PIN 30B24A9A.
