Toysoft is happy to release AppListing.

AppListing is a freeware application that lists all the 3rd party applications on your device. In addition it reports the device name, available memory, export the list to a text file on the sd card or email the list.

Very nice, I had no idea that some of these thing were actual apps. Now when someone wants to know what's on my phone I can just pull the list up.

But I had to delete because space is used up. And memory is hard to come by on my Storm lol. Still cool app. format and what not

I see, ok not trying to be negative cos I think it's neat and has some promise, but the sending by email or exporting to sd is way too many steps to get this info IMO.

Suggestions if poss:
Show the device data on screen either at the top of the list or as a separate option from the menu.
Show the file size of the apps (as mentioned earlier) - as I'm sure these type of utilities are used by people for memory management purposes...

Where does it tell you file sizes in options>advanced options>aplications? Maybe a storm thing but it doesn't on my 8900 and also didn't on my old 8320 either...?

Great app. Here is what I got when I used it. And come on folks, the size isn't that much of an issue. Delete a few stock photos and you now have more room then needed for the log file. I selected all because I wanted to see everything I had. I thought I would show the listing for people who couldn't find it or wanted to see what the listing looked like. The data file is only 10kb. Very small actually.

I did get the data info for the phone, but it doesn't show on the phone. Instead it shows in the data file. This is very cool. Charge a few bucks and you got a winner (well at least .99 cents), lol Fantastic app!!!!
