- I'm working on a "flashlight" button right now. I gotta wait until I get some cash to order the keys. Also, I don't think any other color combinations are possible. The only LEDs that the Storm has are Red, Blue, and Green. I tried making a purple color (flashing the red/blue leds 1ms apart) but the blue overpowered the red big time.05-24-09 11:55 PMLike 0
- so does this only do like network status led or does it do notifications? i dont think its working properly on my storm. i have not had time to do a battery pull yet. that may fix it. but im wondering if it just does the network signal status led of notifications?05-24-09 11:57 PMLike 0

- I like the progress. Is there no way at all that the time can be changed for the alternating colors or is that a matter of time/work?
I'll throw a donation your way if it will help things along, by the way.05-25-09 12:07 AMLike 0 - is there anyway to possible stretch out the blink intervals..i know u said its there..but its still blinking awfully quick.
- i agree with the others as well, throw up a donation link lets get u some cash for those keys from RIM05-25-09 12:07 AMLike 0 - ^ see we are willing to bring this along for you. I love when developers really try to make our devices better and never expect anything in return. Heck you may make just as much as you would if this were a paid app. Plus you will probably get more input.05-25-09 12:12 AMLike 0
- Hi all. I just wanted to thank you for your work on this app!! And allowing CB users to test and suggest. I love it! I loaded it earlier, and my light wouldn't stop blinking, until I clicked the off option. That said, I wanted to thank you before I forgot, again. Which is why I am not sure if you got that feature fixed. Keep up the good work!! And to all of you insanely smart people helping people like myself, somewhat BB clueless. (This is my first smart phone). Thanks for all of your help!

- Just put the latest version up. I added the Flashlight function and the "Purple" LED. I was trying to get all the files on the right page on the server. That may be why the link was down. Try it now. The latest version should say 1.1.4
I want to pay for the keys first, that way if it turns out I can't figure out how to create the notifications, you haven't wasted your money.
I'm also looking into creating a more "fun" app. My idea is to create a program that beeps, flashes the screen, and vibrates when your Storm has been moved. It will gather information from the accelerometer to do this. Think of it like a car alarm for your storm. What do you guys think?05-25-09 12:55 AMLike 0 - Hey just wanted to say thanks so much for the app! I've been looking for an free app like this for months! I'd love to donate when you get a link (or if you do) and please let me know on bb messenger when you get an update 31C4209D and again thank you so much for your hard work!05-25-09 01:00 AMLike 0

Sounds cool. I know I heard about it for the Macs and iphone too. Not sure for the Storm. But would be good for people like me that when on the Library I might leave my stuff on the table and go get a coffee downstairs05-25-09 01:01 AMLike 0 -
2. Which LED is blinking too quick?
3. Are you asking for more time options?
4. Sorry for 21 questions lol. I just want to try and make this app the best it can possibly be.

It is supposed to blink all the time. See quote above. The percentages are supposed to change the brightness of the LED but I don't think it is. Nobody has commented on that yet.05-25-09 01:12 AMLike 0 - This is the point of the app at this point in time. It just changes the Status LED's color. If this isn't what you have in mind, how do you suggest I improve it?

The Status LED just blinks to indicate that your phone has service. Now that I think about it, that hasn't been tested on this app because I always have service. Go figure. Basically it just indicates that your phone is turned on. The notifications for email, messages, etc. are a feature that I plan on adding in the future.05-25-09 01:21 AMLike 0 - The Status LED just blinks to indicate that your phone has service.
