i can't get App worl myself because my phone is unbranded so i need someone who can get me a free apps, and puts them on his computer and then sends them to me :)

BlackBerry App World is currently available in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom only.
Where is your provider Proximus located?
You can get the individual programs from the program maker's site.
I think it is Belgium
