    Hi All,

    I have an issue with my torch, its by my carrier Maxis in Malaysia. Heres the problem :

    In the status screen, it shows that i am not connected to the BIS server.

    I am unable to setup emails or connect to facebook, or app world


    I am still receiving emails as configured before, but not to the email folders ( it goes directly into messages )

    My BBM still works fine

    Anyone face this issue or has a recommendation, I am at a lost for this issue. Btw I am a Mac user

    I have tried taking the batery out, resetting, factory reset, software update - all does not work

    try deleting your service books and re registering the device.

    or I would call your carrier and make sure everything is fine on their end.

    When my carrier cut my line off due to not paying my bill, I kept receiving emails and using BBM just fine on WiFi. As Fubaz said, it's a service books thing.
